As one of OoE's Senior Officers, his voice has been a part of almost every decision. As a warrior, he never hesitated to lead the charge (most times.. to his death) or to take the lead whenever called - always the good sport when we failed to keep his hitpoints up. I'm going to leave the guild as it is, but with the following changes: 1. People who are fighting in guild chat, about stupid shit, and whom refuse to work their problems out like adults will be removed from the guild immediately, period. There will be no exceptions to this, and no one will be exempt from this rule. I don't care about the \"whos wrong or right\" about a situation, if you can't resolve it like adults, in a calm rational manner, either shut up or leave. 2. OOE was never intended to be about EQ, it was intended to be about the people. If you are in this guild because you feel as if the game is the most important thing to you, and that OOE can help you achieve some game-goal, then you're in the wrong place. If you're here because you like the people, and in general enjoy just being part of the folks, regardless of what it is you're doing, then you're probably in the right place. 3. Sometimes I'm around, sometimes I'm not. A couple of people have told me that they're upset that I'm not around \"all the time\" to deal with \"problems.\" I have a real life to live outside of EQ, so if you for some reason can't handle the fact that I, or anyone else in the guild, may have a life outside of EQ, then please, by all means, leave. 4. OOE will never, ever, EVER, be an uber guild. We can do things together, we may even do some pretty kick ass things together, but the goal of the guild will not be to do X, Y, and Z. Period. Infact, from this day forth, the guild has no offical goal other than to be \"a group of friends.\" ... I expect this will probably cause a lot of people to leave, so be it. I expect that those people leaving will in turn make more people leave. So be that, too. The only reason why I'm not disbanding is because close friends asked me not to (and one of them threatened to come to NY and beat me heh), but the end result may be virtually the same.
